<h4>Repair Procedure</h4>
<ol>
<li>If the device is at home, it should be returned to the school.</li>
<li>The school staff checks the damaged device into <a href="https://thompson.follettdestiny.com/">Destiny</a> and checks out a loaner or replacement device to the student.</li>
<li>The school staff fills out the form to the left.</li>
<li>ITS Technician picks up the device from school for repair.</li>
<li>The school staff applies applicable fines for neglect, malicious, or replacement situations in Destiny to the student. (Destiny fines import into Infinite Campus twice a day.)</li>
<li>ITS Technician returns repaired device to the school.</li>
<li>The school returns the device to the student.</li>
